Foot-operated hydraulic pump. 1" rise per stroke. Drum lift legs telescope in for transportation through doorways or narrow aisles. Legs retracted: 34.5"L, 36"W with 650-lb. capacity. Legs extended: 37"L, 41"W with 1100-lb. capacity. Spring-loaded clamp holds rimmed drums in place. Floor lock is standard. Swivel casters.
